What You'll Need

Wear comfortable athletic clothing you can move freely in. Grip socks are now REQUIRED for all classes. Bring water if you'd like. If for any reason you need to cancel please allow 12 hours before class or you will receive a late or no-show charge. We also recommend bringing a towel with you. 


“We have water at the studio, but no glass jugs or bottles, please.”


Please let the instructor know if you have any serious medical issues before class. Please watch the video below before coming to class to be fully prepared to use the reformer machine.

Loved the instructor's classes, they knows what’s up! Adjusts you, understands form, plays fun hip music, is positive, fun variety in each class, works you though haha ;)

These are the more intense classes I’ve taken but in a good way. Can hear and follow her instruction clearly even though I’m more of a beginner. She also balances encouragement and correction well. Will definitely be back!
